The room at Clonakilty Accommodation An Ullord Getways was just what I needed. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a shower was a great feature, and I loved the garden view from the double room. Some units even had a lovely patio or balcony. Plus, having a kitchenware in the double room was super convenient for whipping up a quick meal.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the air conditioning in some of the units. But hey, that's just me.

Quaint and cosy accommodation with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean facilities. Ample space with a small stove top, microwave, and fridge. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the view of the stunning countryside is jaw-dropping. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is conveniently situated, just a short drive from town. Perfect for couples looking for a unique and budget-friendly experience in West Cork. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was very comfortable, perfect for senior people like me. The decoration was lovely, with a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and provided beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It was also easily accessible for senior people, with no steep stairs or long walks to get to our room.
The only thing we would have asked for a better vacation was a wider range of activities specifically designed for senior people.

Value for money was excellent, the room was cozy and well-equipped, and the location was beautiful with a stunning garden. The staff, especially Paula, were extremely helpful and attentive.
Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the hotel's general areas. It felt like stepping into a beautiful cottage from another time. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people like me. The pathways were well-maintained, the gardens were lovely to walk through, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas where I could rest and enjoy the surroundings.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to have someone readily available to assist with any questions or concerns that we may have had during our stay.

I loved having my morning tea on the terrace, pretending to be fancy. The airport being nearby meant I could escape this place quickly when I couldn't handle it anymore.
Oh joy, a center about Michael Collins nearby! Because nothing screams excitement like history lessons on vacation.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the pod! It felt like a home away from home. The general areas of the accommodation were well-maintained and easily accessible for us senior folks. It was a delight to be surrounded by nature while still being close enough to town for convenience.
I would have appreciated having better accessibility features for senior people. Maybe some handrails or ramps to make it easier to navigate around the property.

Loved having a terrace to enjoy, and Cork Airport was super convenient. Visiting Michael Collins Centre, only 10 km away, was like stepping into a history book!
Oh, how I adored having to drive into town because walking was simply out of the question! So convenient.
